The European Union publishes a weekly list of dangerous consumer products – with the exception of food, pharmaceuticals and medical devices – through a committee set up under the General Product Safety Directive.
At GTF, we monitor the publications on this list on a weekly basis and will keep you informed about which cosmetic products are affected by these European bans.

This week, a number of toys, a piece of jewellery, an electric fan and some baby shoes have been banned in Spain, so fortunately there have been no bans in our sector.
However, the list is updated weekly, and we cannot rule out the possibility that there may be restrictions next week. For this reason, GTF is committed to keeping you up to date with all the latest developments.
