In the Rapex report dated 11 November 2016, the EU withdrew 40 consumer products from the single market. The sectors most affected by these bans were toys and fashion and textile items. For their part, the Spanish authorities were responsible for notifying the market of five of these products.
Rapex Report 11 November 2016: A week without bans on cosmetics
The cosmetics sector, for its part, has had a good week. There have been no bans on cosmetic products. We believe this is good news for our sector.
