Last Wednesday, 8 June, the director of our department, Mercè Camps, took part alongside Esther Alonso, by Ecocert, y Mar Arasa ,from Prima-Derm, at the round-table discussion on nomenclature, legislation and certificates at the 1st Natural Cosmetics Forum, organised by Beauty Cluster Barcelona y Action.
The event was introduced by the Regional Minister for Business and Employment, Jordi Baiget and the chair of the cluster, Montse Martí. Among the events on the programme was the launch of the ‘Global Wellness Day‘… the event featured discussions on natural cosmetics, the myths and truths surrounding them, and the misinformation that circulates about them, and several round-table discussions were held to encourage the exchange of knowledge amongst the various stakeholders in the sector.’.
In addition to that round-table discussion on regulation, in which he took part Mercè Camps, there were also other debates on the effectiveness of the natural cosmetics, and about the market and its consumers.
